Our honey

Our honey is produced inside the Rocca delle Macie's properties where the honey bees visit a great variety of flowers in the area, from lavender and rosemary, thyme and flowers of acacia.

Towards the end of August, the honey is removed from the hives by hand and without any kind of refining is transferred after a brief spin in glass jars. This process ensures optimal preservation of all the therapeutic properties of this nectar.
