Position of the Relais

The Riserva di Fizzano it's an ancient medieval "bourg" owned by Rocca delle Macie, situated on hilltop in the Chianti Classico Hills, surrounded by vienyard and olive groves.

Being on the "Via Francigena", almost half way between Siena and Florence, it's a good point of departure to visit the most beautiful "jewels" of Tuscany.

Castellina in Chianti and Poggibonsi are the nearest towns at just 7 km; the "100 towers' town" of San Gimignano is at 18 km; the Castel of Monteriggioni is at 15 km; Siena 20 km; the etruscan town of Volterra just 35 km; Firenze at 45 km easy to reach by car but also with public transport from Poggibonsi.
