The Relais - Apartments
The painstaking restoration of the buildings at the Riserva di Fizzano has been carried out in such a way as to leave the pre-existing structures in place, concentrating instead on the recovery of the historical features that endow each apartment with its own character, such as ancient feeding troughs, tiled floors, wood-beamed ceilings and grand fireplaces.
There are two main types of apartment at the complex: the TWO-ROOM APARTMENT, which has one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette; and the THREE-ROOM APARTMENT, which has 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. All of the apartments are furnished with understated elegance in the rustic Tuscan style and afford breathtaking glimpses over the hills and valleys of the Chianti Classico production zone. The kitchenettes are equipped with everything required for cooking and, on request, the sofas in the living rooms can be used as sofa-beds.
The various types
Two-room apartment
Some of the two-room apartments are located on the first floor, making them particularly fresh in the summer, while those on the second floor afford wonderful views over the valley and the hills.
Two-room apartment with fireplace
All of these apartments are located on the second floor and feature a large fireplace, very much in keeping with Tuscan tradition, giving the whole family the chance to sit together around the hearth. Abundant firewood is available and, if the grills are in place, the fire can even be used for cooking.
Two-room apartment with garden
All of these apartments are situated on the first floor and benefit from having their own private green space, complete with a table, chairs and a lounger.
Two-room apartment with balcony
This is a two-room apartment on the second floor has a delightful balcony that looks out over the village square.
Three-room apartment
These apartments are situated on the second floor and have interesting layouts.
They afford beautiful views over the hills and the valley.
Three-room apartment with fireplace
This spacious apartment is situated on the second floor and has a wonderful large fireplace in the living room.
Three-room apartment with garden
There is only one apartment of this kind and is exceptionally airy and private.
It has an attractive living room with its own entrance and French doors that give access to the garden.

Situated on the second floor, this large apartment offers beautiful views.
It has a large kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower).
Superior three-room apartment with garden
This apartment is situated close to the swimming pool and has a beautiful garden, as well as an arched entranceway and an excellent kitchen.
The hallway provides access to the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower), and a large bathroom with tub.
