Culinary Institute of Tuscany

Since 1999, during the winter months, the doors of our Restaurant are opened to the chefs of the Olive Garden Restaurant, a chain of Italian eateries in the United States, to allow them to take high-level cookery courses and uncover the secrets of Tuscany’s culture of gourmet food and wine.
