LUNCH
- Beef carpaccio with cabbage salad, apple and Pecorino Gran Riserva
- Risotto with San Gimignano DOP saffron, asparagus and bacon
- Semi-cold orange
DINNER
- Tuscan chicken liver with onions of Certaldo marmelade
- Bundled pasta with Cinta Senese ragout served with creamy spring peas
- Pork's pocket with cheese and pears accompanied by grilled Belgian endive
- Ricotta pudding with Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC
