Throughout the year, there are numerous occasions to savor the mouthwatering recipes prepared by our chefs.
We endeavor to make the most of the fresh local ingredients on offer in any given season by hosting a number of special evenings: dinner under the stars with music during the summer; menus with new olive oil direct from the olive-press, or with the vin nouveau from our winery; tastings of different vintages of great wines; and barbecues with meats from local breeders.
