-ACCOMMODATIONS-
In our Relais all of our buildings are recently restored, trying to leave as much 
as possible the original structures and the ancient particulars. In fact you could find: tiled floors, vaulted wooden ceilings, large fireplaces, big arches and ancient mangers. Our maximum capacity is 50 guests sleeping in beds and 25 persons sleeping on the sofa beds.
There are: 2 room apartments with 1 bedroom, a 
bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette (all between 40 and 55 m²) and 3 room apartments with 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and the living room with kitchenette (all about 75 and 80 m²). These apartments have a sleeping sofa for 2 persons which is a little bit smaller than a double bed, in the living room.
-THE DIFFERENT TYPES:
Basic 2 room apartment. Some are on the ground floor (quite cool in the summer) and some of them on the 1st floor with a wonderful view over the valley and the hills.
2 room apartment with fireplace. They are on the 
1st floor and they've got a wonderful ancient fireplace. As the Tuscan tradition requires they should be big enough to hold all the family member near the fire. The woods are free for the guests and there is the possibility to grill food on it- maybe the famous Fiorentine steak!-.
2 room apartment with garden. All on the ground floor with a private green garden outside. 
2 room apartment with terrace. One on the 1st floor with the original earthen floor and a nice balcony that overlooks the Riserva di Fizzano's square. The other one is called "the little house" because is independent from all the other buildings with a nice terrace overlooking Chianti's hills.
Basic 3 room apartment. These are on the 1st floor with a nice shape of the rooms and wonderful view of the hills and the valley
3 room apartment with fireplace. Also this one is on the 1st floor with a big fireplace.
3 room apartment with terrace. It's on the ground floor, particularly cool in the summer, with a nice manger in one bedroom.
3 room apartment with 2 bathrooms.
It's on the 1
st floor, it has a living room and a separated kitchen.
3 room apartment with 2 bathrooms and private garden. It's on the ground floor facing the swimming pool with a big arch on the entrance.
Services in the Apartment:
Telephone with external line; TV on request; fully equipped kitchen; soap & shampoo; indipendent heating; hair dryer; linen for bed-bathroom-kitchen (change once a week); on request extra-charge use of the sofa bed for 1 or 2 children under 12 years old or for 1 adult; on request extra-charge baby cot for children aged from 0 - 3 years and baby chair.
