In our Restaurant you could experience the authentic genuine Tuscan cooking,
following the old traditional receipes, using natural ingredients, our own garden spices, using our wines and our extra virgin olive oil.
Following the old Tuscan tradition’s recipes you could taste some delightful dishes as the “Carpaccio di petto d’oca” (marinated duck breast) or some hand made pasta like the “Mezze lune all
a zucca gialla” (half-moon ravioli with pumpkin and poppy’seeds). Of course you could eat the real Florentine steak flavoured with Tuscan herbs or the wild boar cooked as the old Tuscan tradition required.
Starting with a great choice of Antipasti you’ll finish with our home-made desserts as the Tiramisù, the chocolate mousse or the fruit cake, etc.
You could enjoy all our dishes together with our excellent wines, about 50 different types from our winery and from others famous cellars.
In the winter time the chefs from the Olive Garden Restaurant chain in U.S.A. come to the Riserva di Fizzano to join the cooking classes in our Restaurant.
