San Gimignano – half day or full day with the possibility of tasting

Walk in the Vernaccia production area, starting from S. Lucia we will walk along the Via Francigena for a while and then, passing through Montauto, from where we can enjoy a beautiful view of San Gimignano, we will go back to the meeting point. The full day tour includes a light lunch or a tasting in the cellar.

Chianti (Rocca delle Macìe) – half day with the possibility of tasting

Walking in the Chianti Classico area. Starting from Rocca delle Macìe and walking through the classic Tuscan scenery made of olive groves and vineyards, we arrive in Lilliano. We will then take the old road that leads back to Rocca delle Macìe.

Via Francigena around Monteriggioni – half day

Walk along the Via Francigena, the ancient road used by pilgrims that starts from Canterbury in England, passing through France. Our tour starts from the parking lot at the Monteriggioni Castle, from where we can admire the beautiful view and the surrounding woods. Before us the classic Tuscan landscape with cypresses and olive trees and the beautiful ancient abbey of Abbadia Isola. Continuing on the Via Francigena we walk up to Monteriggioni, the medieval castle mentioned by Dante Alighieri in the Divine Comedy.

Val d’Orcia (Pienza-Vitaleta-Pienza) – full day

Walk in the natural, artistic and cultural park of Val d’Orcia (Unesco heritage) through the typical Tuscan landscape. Our route starts from Pienza, the city of pecorino cheese and which was the birthplace of Pope Pius II (Enea Silvio Bartolomeo Piccolomini). During this walk we will see the ruins of the old farms and the famous chapel of Vitaleta, a postcard of Val d’Orcia in the world. Lunch in Pienza and visit of the town in the afternoon.

Val d’Orcia (Bagno Vignoni) – full day with the possibility of tasting

Bagno Vignoni, set around an ancient spa, is the perfect place for a walk. The breathtaking panorama and the paths rich in history, nature, olive groves and vineyards, encourage the slow going in this beautiful part of the Val d’Orcia. Lunch and tasting in the cellar.
