Our dishes interpret the traditional recipes of Tuscan cuisine, preparing them with interesting revisitations. We use only fresh and seasonal ingredients. The extra virgin olive oil is our own production, the vegetables from the garden and the wines from our cellar complete and enrich the restaurant's culinary experiences
During the season that starts at Easter and ends on December 21st the restaurant is open:
At Dinner - open every evening from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm
At Lunch - every day from 12.30 to 14.30
Thursday - weekly closing

We offer a light menu with appetizers, pasta dishes, local specialties, cheeses, salads and pizzas. At the Culinary Institute of Tuscany, reservation is appreciated. Since 1999, during the winter months the doors of our restaurant are open to the Chefs of the Olive Garden Restaurant, a chain of American restaurants, to give them the chance to attend highly qualified cooking courses and learn the secrets of Tuscan food and wine culture.
